Protecting your data matters to us. Below we explain how we handle your data in the context of this course.
You can visit our pages without providing any personal information. On each request, the web server automatically stores only so-called server log files (e.g. the name of the requested file, IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider). This data is evaluated solely to ensure smooth operation and to improve our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted at the latest seven days after your visit.
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA). This may involve a transfer of data to a third country (USA); the legal basis is an EU Commission adequacy decision and/or standard contractual clauses.
The purchase of the digital course is processed by Digistore24 GmbH (St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany), which acts as an independent seller (reseller/Merchant of Record). The data required for ordering and payment (e.g. email address, payment details) is processed by you directly with Digistore24; Digistore24's privacy policy applies in addition. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. No shipping takes place, as this is a digital product.
After purchase, you are automatically redirected to the course and unlocked. This unlock is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us. To confirm the purchase, the order confirmation passed by Digistore24 on the thank-you page is verified server-side (signature check); no personal data is stored permanently in the process.
If you contact us by email, we process your details solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Once your request has been fully handled, the data is deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
We only use technically necessary local storage (e.g. your unlock status and your light/dark preference in localStorage). No tracking cookies are set and no analytics tools are used.
Our social media profiles (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) are embedded on our pages only as HTML links. No connection to their servers is established when you open our page. The respective platform only opens once you click a link.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77). To exercise these rights, an email to support@ninesixfits.com is sufficient.
